The Venus Spanish omelette frying pan is made of aluminium and has a removable Bakelite handle. It's specially designed for vitro-ceramic cooktops and it CANNOT be used with induction cooktops. It can be used in the oven because the handle is removable. It has a high quality PFOA free double layer non-stick coating.
